Phase 2 Day 29 VLCD

Weigh-in = 137.4lbs (-1lb!)

Finally! Apple day paid off! Down a pound this morning – I didn’t sleep well, probably because I was hungry – and woke up with a headache, so either my neck was positioned badly or I was clenching my jaw while sleeping. I woke up at 1:30am and again a bit later from a noise I thought I heard in the house, so I am tired this morning. But it all paid off with that weight loss.

It’s measurements day! (Inches difference shown in brackets is from measurements last week, not from the start of the program):

Quote from today’s journal entry:

“Clearly, if apple day worked, I need to watch things that will cause me to retain water. I think I am sensitive to radish, so will snack on dressed lettuce instead of radish chips to get my extra vegetable in. Otherwise I will try to simplify my foods for my last 7 days on HCG! Apple day has given me back my determined mindset!”
